The man known across social media as "Wide Neck," Charles Dion McDowell, has reportedly been arrested for sending inappropriate pictures to a minor.

According to TMZ, McDowell, who went viral in 2018 for a mugshot showing his sizable neck, was taken into custody in Georgia last Wednesday (February 19). The 37-year-old was charged with multiple felonies, including felony sending of a nudity video or photo without consent, electronic delivery of inappropriate content to a minor and harassing phone calls.

He is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman, without her consent, to the woman's 13-year-old son, her 16-year-old daughter, the woman's mother, and another person via cell phone and laptop multiple times. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office says that McDowell is being held without bond.

McDowell, who's also a rapper under the monikers 'DBD Wayne' or 'Wide Neck,' has been arrested numerous times before with charges of stalking, withholding child support, driving with an invalid license and drug possession. While McDowell has claimed that his neck size isn't due to a medical condition, it's speculated that he suffers from pterygium colli, a birth defect that causes a webbed neck.

Among McDowell's viral songs is "Neckst Up," featuring Daddy Long Neck, another internet personality with a generous-sized neck. McDowell, along with Daddy Long Neck, is also a member of the Shrimp Gang, a crew of internet creators who capitalized on their fame with comedy sketches and music videos.
