Welcome to tonight's live blog for the series finale of America, a reality show for the ages.

Over the course of the last year, we've watched candidates go head-to-head in what President Obama has called "the most important election of our lifetimes," one in which one candidate made unprecedented strides in bigotry (namely sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, and racism), while the other spent a year getting dogged about those "damn emails." Nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump hit the polls today to cast their votes, as did (hopefully) all of you. With election day fully upon us, it's time to put a wrap on this circus and pick a winn—er, a president.

Below, our Complex Life editors will be keeping you plugged in on everything you need to know in real time. Check back for tweets, commentary, and state calls.
