Rihanna has announced the drop date and shared a teaser video for Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3.
The event will once again see Rihanna bringing together fashion, music, dance, and architecture for a unique visual experience featuring fellow god-tier creatives. Rihanna is also listed as executive producer and creative director of the special.
The special, featuring the latest Savage X Fenty collection, will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime globally starting Sept. 24. The new collection will also be available for purchase the same day via both the Amazon Fashion Store and the Savage X Fenty site.
The collection is billed as “a celebration of body and movement” boasting strong lines that trace the contours of the body, striking nontraditional silhouettes that aim to push individuality into new and exciting directions. Sizes range from 32 to 46 in bands and from A to H in cups, up to 46DDD/42H and XS–3X/S–XXXL.
For the Vol. 2 spectacle last year, Rihanna assembled a number of models and performers for a taping at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Among those featured in the 2020 special were Roddy Ricch, Bad Bunny, Big Sean, Rico Nasty, Paris Hilton, Willow Smith, and more.
Off the strength of a repeatedly proven multi-hyphenate approach to the art life, Rihanna—by Forbes’ calculations—was recently declared a billionaire. The reported $1.7 billion fortune, revealed earlier this month, makes the R9 artist the second-wealthiest woman entertainer.
