The North Face’s Urban Exploration sub-label has just dropped its In City, In Nature collection for Spring/Summer 2023. Bringing a fresh perspective to outdoor apparel, the new range combines advanced innovative fabrics, technical construction and minimalist design.

Serving as the brand’s fourth official domain, the Urban Exploration line is best known for combining classic silhouettes with elements of tech wear for ultimate urban non-mountainous performance. To create the latest collection, the heritage brand has enlisted guest designers Hans Chyi, founder and chief designer of wisdom® and Andrea Jiapei Li, the New York-based womenswear designer and nominee of the 2015 LVMH Prize.

Blurring the lines between outdoor and urban styles, the modular offering comprises head-to-toe ‘fits for both men and women in natural tones, with distinct The North Face styling. Boasting a durable water-repellent finish, arguably the standout piece from the range is the Cropped City Gilet and women’s skirt, which is constructed with WindWallTM fabric and chalk bag pockets, highlighting the versatility of the product in all conditions.

The North Face UE collection is available to buy now at thenorthface.com and in select The North Face stores and partners.
