Following up from its collaboration with Peter J Walsh earlier this year, Manchester outwear specialists BODA SKINS is now taking the Fall/Winter 2022 season by storm with a striking refresh of leather jackets, luxurious shearling coats and functional accessories.
Designed with the impending colder months in mind, the new releases build upon the Mancunian label’s renowned quality of standout silhouettes, each with unique features and characteristics of their own. Focused on elevating softer silhouettes with hard-edged leather, new textures such as snuffed, aged and polished finishes, the seasonal delivery offers a melange of styling options from the brand’s Modular Collection, all of which can be combined seamlessly with each other, as well as the recent Barrel Bag 2.0 and upcoming jackets featuring ‘D’ and ‘O’ rings.
Expanding on an ever-growing line of womenswear, the seasonal line-up also sees the introduction of Cropped Biker jacket in a new, refined slimline fit with tonal contrasting hardware and a selection of brighter and bolder pieces inspired by its previous collections. Other new pieces debuted this season include a pair of shearling coats, an aviator shearling silhouette, and a “Cognac” colourway which has been applied across the Varsity Nomad and Hendrix Cognac.
Rounding out the Fall/Winter 2022 ensemble is a selection of brighter and bolder colourways—the ‘88 collection, a capsule inspired by Manchester’s vivid club culture—and new tees which provide a stark contest to the BODA SKINS’s incredibly versatile, neutral colour palette, influenced by a vision to create timeless designs that can be styled throughout the seasons, despite ever-changing trends.
