Looking ahead to the colder months, Italian label 2 Moncler 1952 Man has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2021 collection, which is inspired by the city of Tokyo.

Led by Sergio Zambon, the seasonal offering features an array of functional and style-conscious outerwear in various vibrant prints and patterns. Packed with typically approachable items, highlights from the capsule range from knitted tracksuits and outdoor slippers to wrap-around skirts.

Elsewhere, nods to the brand’s mission of a more sustainable future arrive in the form of puffers, gilets, parkas and pants, which have been designed using lower environmental impact fabrics, such as recycled nylon and polyester.

The new collection also features collaborative efforts in the form of Suicoke’s Moto sandals and the Pepper slip-on. Arriving in a predominantly black colourway, the Moto sandal features a crepe Vibram outsole that sees its quintessential straps wear the brands’ respective labels. A second iteration is also served in green, with khaki straps, and sits on a Vibram midsole section with a chunky green outsole sticking out beneath.

As for the Pepper slip-on, details include a padded and quilted nylon upper and adjustable neoprene liner. References to the shoes’ waterproof and breathable capabilities are displayed across a heel tag reading “eVent”, while a gum bumper can be found around the edge of the shoe atop a black outsole.
