With a slew of collaborations with labels like AMI, Beams Plus, Wooyoungmi, and Cole Haan, the global retail destination is becoming increasingly known for its must-have releases you can’t find anywhere else. Today, the site adds to its list of collaborations with the debut of a Thom Browne Fall/Winter 2014 capsule designed exclusively for Mr Porter.
Adhering to the Thom Browne’s heritage aesthetic, the nine-piece line is comprised of classic menswear staples ranging from a chunky-knit cardigan and a checkered button-up to a jersey sweatshirt and a pair of cropped trousers. Similar to items featured in Thom Browne’s Fall/Winter 2014 collection, we see each garment presented in multi-fabric paneling: slim-cut topcoats and blazer jackets are revamped through the use of split-color herringbone wool and tweed textiles—lending a classic yet unique touch throughout the line.
