Justin Bieber Shows Off a New Neck Tattoo

Justin Bieber has some new ink. The singer took to Instagram to share photos of a set of angel wings he got tatted on his neck.

According to TMZ, after a night out, the singer's crew called up Miami tattoo artist Dan Price for a very early visit on Thursday morning. Apparently, the tattoo, which spans the back of his neck, took three hours to complete and was originally supposed to include a globe in the middle.
