While some memes resurfaced in new ways, others are brand new. All humorously commemorate these crazy, uncertain times we live in. Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a mini-faux pas at the 67th United Nations General Assembly on September 27th, where he drew a red line on the graphic of a bomb used to represent Iran's nuclear program. The line represents a point where he believes the international community should tell Iran that they will not be allowed to pass without intervention. It became a meme overnight.

Even if you missed this year's Republican National Convention, chances are you still heard about Clint Eastwood talking to a chair on stage, imagining that an invisible Barack Obama was sitting in it.
