Blizzard Nemo may not be the disaster that recent Northeast storm Hurricane Sandy was, but it has still devastated many from Wisconsin to Massachusetts. The blizzard officially hit last night, canceling or delaying over 2,000 flights out of JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark. Governor Cuomo and Mayor Bloomberg advised NYC residents to stay off of public transportation and keep their cars off the street yesterday in preparation for the worst.
Currently, gas stations in Brooklyn and Queens are experiencing fuel shortages and many cars are being towed.
