Throughout the video, he spots Rod Stewart, gives explanations of various artworks, and interviews bystanders about why they're in Miami. In typical RiFF RAFF fashion, you can't tell if he's being serious or not, but either way, we're entertained by his interpretations of various works at the fairs.
