At the end of September, we let you know that a new psychedelic art exhibition was coming to New York. Titled "Spaced Out: Migration to the Interior," the exhibition is meant to challenge and blur what the viewer sees as the dream world vs. reality. Curator, writer, and artist Phong Bui put together a stunning show, which includes names like Fred Tomaselli, Richard Tuttle, Leo Villareal, Takeshi Murata, Deborah Kass, and many more.
Check out images of last night's opening above and visit the show from October 10 to December 14 at 220 West 18th Street, New York (open Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). If you've been to the space before, perhaps for the DIS Magazine exhibition, then you can tell how much they really transformed the space to create a total visual experience.
