Some grandparents like to spoil their grandkids with trips to the fair, staying up late, and lots of candy. These grandparents shrugged off those typical ideas of fun, and strapped their seven-year-old sitting in a small Hot Wheels car to their Ford Expedition with two dog leashes. The grand plan came from 49-year-old Paul J. Berloni, who was drunk and driving on a suspended license. It's one thing when 20-year-old kids are pulling each other through alleys with a lifted Jeep, but putting a child who doesn't know better in danger is not okay.
