This video was actually posted on Reddit about eight months ago, but with Halloween fast approaching, it's gained a ton of momentum across the Interwebs lately. Carter, the little boy in the video, was born with spina bifida, which is a defect in which the backbone and spinal canal do not entirely close around the spinal cord. It has physically constrained him to a wheelchair, but certainly can't tame his playful and positive attitude.
With some help from his amazing father, Carter rolled around last year's Halloween in this perfectly built ice cream truck costume, complete with service window and music to boot. According to one of the Redditers, he's also done the Batmobile. We're sure we'll be hearing about this year's creative build as soon as Carter hits the streets.
