Sportswear company Mitchell & Ness launched their NHL Blue Line Jerseys this week following an agreement with the NHL in 2022 to produce apparel for the league and its teams.

The line features jerseys from all 32 teams, including notable Canadian legends like Wayne Gretzky and his jerseys from his time in Edmonton, Los Angeles and Wayne Gretzky.

“They [Mitchell & Ness] are an originalist, they look at the history of brands in sport and are very detailed about how they bring that history to life,” said Jim Haskins, NHL senior vice president of consumer products and licensing in the original announcement. “For hockey, our history is so rich. When you look back to the ‘60s, the ‘70s, the ‘80s, the class of ‘67 teams, the logos and the brands that came to life and the stories that were behind them, it is so rich with tradition and a lot of fun stuff.”

Montreal Canadiens fans will be able to buy a Patrick Roy jersey from 1992, while those who preferred him in a Colorado Avalanche jersey can also pick up his attire from the 1999-2000 season

Toronto Maple Leafs enthusiasts will be able to buy a 2017 Auston Matthews jersey and Edmonton Oilers fans will have a healthy selection of players to choose from with Connor McDavid, Paul Coffey, Paul Messier, Grant Fuhr, and of course Gretzky jerseys all currently available.

Canadian legends on American teams like Sydney Crosby, Bobby Orr, and Mario Lemieux all have their jerseys in the collection.

The jerseys are all listed at $200 USD and are currently available for purchase.
