This past Wednesday, TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested after allegedly striking a police officer outside of a bar called Pat O’Brien’s in San Antonio, Texas. Boykin was charged with assaulting a public servant, resisting arrest and public intoxication and his actions will cause him to miss the Horned Frogs' game against Oregon in the Alamo Bowl tonight.
TMZ Sports has obtained the video of Boykin's arrest. At first, the TCU senior is seen being escorted out of the bar by a number of individuals. After getting placed in a chokehold by one of the staffers, Trevone clearly takes a swing at the person. His altercation with the bike cops is where the video gets unclear. There is some activity in the distance suggesting Boykin may have struck a police officer. Judge for yourself in the clip below.
