Admittedly running on only two hours of sleep, Gronkowski seemed like his usual, animated self, making dirty jokes—even with his mom and entire family in the audience—about spiking a football...nevermind and gyrating as the show came back from a commercial break.

However, the most memorable part came when Gronk was asked by Kimmel to read a passage from the Gronkowski-themed erotic novel, A Gronking to Remember. As he settled in to recite an excerpt for the audience, the Patriots tight end admitted that he hasn't read a book since the ninth grade, A Mockingbird to Remember.

Kimmel responded by saying he went to the University of Arizona. Not missing a beat, Gronkowski followed that up, mentioning that 'Zona is the number one party school, "at least we're number one in something." Overall, it was a hilarious appearance by Gronk.
