Rajon Rondo Is Keeping His Legs Fresh for the Regular Season by Practicing on a PhunkeeDuck

Rondo isn't trying to get any leg problems with the NBA season just around the corner.

Back in the day, and by that, we mean as recently as last year, when a basketball player wanted to get some practice in on the court, they needed to walk onto the hardwood, jog for missed shots and run around, trying different things out. The whole ordeal sounds exhausting, no? Well, this is 2015 and the PhunkeeDuck is available.

So, following the lead of Gilbert Arenas, Rajon Rondo was spotted working on his game while on a PhunkeeDuck.


Are we witnessing the future of basketball? If so, the former players who needed to leave the game early with a variety of leg issues are going to be sick to their stomach.
