The refs giveth and the refs taketh away. Last week, the Dallas Cowboys came away with the 24-20 victory over the Detroit Lions on a controversial pass interference call. Today, with the Green Bay Packers clinging to a 26-21 lead late in the 4th quarter, the Cowboys went for it on 4th and two. On a play that will be discussed plenty throughout the day, Tony Romo threw a deep pass to Dez Bryant who came down with a 31-yard pass just short of the endzone.
Upon further review, it looked like the ball may not have been secured by Bryant as he hit the ground.
After Packers head coach Mike McCarthy challenged the play, the referees reversed the call.
