As a guideline to living a prosperous, healthy and happy life, one should probably avoid stealing things from giant men who spend their careers slamming other giant men to the ground. Judging by a tweet sent out from Houston Texans linebackers coach and former New England Patriot Mike Vrabel, there are a couple of lowlifes who may want to add a few more locks to their front door.

Vrabel's three Super Bowl rings, all of which he won playing for the Patriots during their run of domination in the early-to-mid 2000s, were apparently taken from his Houston home after a break in. The thieves left Vrabel's back door smashed in, and should hope that Vrabel didn't do something crazy like install a tracking device inside all three rings. 'Cause he seems pretty pissed.
