On this week's version of SNL's Weekend Update, Kenan Thompson reprised his role as Ball family patriarch LaVar with a hilarious spot-on impression of the overly bombastic/covered (and hard to write parody lines for) dad. The spot hit on all the standard Ball stuff going on these days, with mentions of super expensive sneakers (the LiAngelo 20s), the family's Facebook show, and also LiAngelo's shoplifting arrest that went down in China this past week. It's a very, very good impression of a very, very theatrical guy. And also, if the lines were in print, you'd probably believe he said about 80 percent of them.
