Prior to Super Bowl XLIX, there was no one—absolutely no one—who thought that Patriots rookie cornerback Malcolm Butler was going to be the guy to make the play to win the game for New England. In fact, there were very few people outside of the Patriots' locker room who even knew who Butler was. So even the Patriots seemed surprised when he made a game-winning interception at the end of the Super Bowl to seal a win last night.

1.

But as it turns out, there was one guy, a random Uber driver in Arizona, who believed in Butler. We know this because, after the Super Bowl ended, Butler did an interview with the Boston Globe and revealed that the Uber driver predicted Butler was going to make a big play in the big game long before it actually happened.

"I didn't expect to be this big," Butler admitted. "I did have an Uber driver for my mom. The Uber driver told my mom I was going to make a big play. It came true."

It sure did. And we don't know what's more amazing—that Butler made such an incredible interception or that an Uber driver predicted it.
