With only about 20 games left in the season, the race for the NBA MVP should be heating up. But now that the NBA's G.O.A.T. (this isn't up for discussion!) has come out and endorsed his pick for MVP, we're pretty sure this just became a closed case. Yesterday, Michael Jordan went on the record to say that he thinks Derrick Rose deserves the award. "MVP of the season," Jordan said after Rose dropped 20 points in a victory over MJ's Charlotte Bobcats last night. "He deserves it. He's playing that well...Without a doubt. And if he doesn't get it, now he'll see how I felt a lot of years." Oh, MJ—you're too kind! But, how did you manage to make this about you at the end there? [via ProBasketballTalk]
