Philadelphia 76ers rookie Jahlil Okafor was caught on video punching a man outside of a Boston nightclub on Wednesday, but it appears as though he'll come away from the incident relatively unscathed.
According to a report from ESPN.com, Boston police say they do not plan on investigating the scuffle, unless someone involved comes forward to say they were the victim of a crime.
It's unclear if Okafor will face any discipline, either from the NBA or from his team for his involvement in the incident. But at least for now, he seems safe from getting into any legal trouble because of it.
