Carmelo Anthony might be gone this summer, Knicks fans. ESPN's Ian Begleyis reporting that sources within the organization feel like Anthony would be willing to waive his no-trade clause if the Knicks don't add talent this offseason.

The Knicks are 3-7 in their last 10 games and lost to the Warriors last night by 36. This is after Melo showed some frustration a few weeks back when he spoke on the success some of his peers have had over the years. The Knicks have had a tumultuous season. What once was a promising start with the surprising success of rookie Kristaps Porzingis has turned into a shit show with their former head coach fighting over women coupled with a freefall in the standings.

On the bright side, they have some cap room to spare, and with guys like Kevin Durant and Mike Conley on the market, getting Melo some help should be easy. As a diehard myself, I wouldn't mind a complete rebuild if only we had a first round pick this year. I'll also have an anxiety attack if Phil brings back Kurt Rambis as head coach. Melo should bolt if that happens, whether the Knicks get him help or not. When it's all said and done? The Knicks are always going to Knick.
