ESPN Seems to Troll Knicks Over Their 'Team Needs' During NBA Draft

Sad but true.

TheΒ New York Knicks have become the punching bag of the NBA.

After a 2018-19 campaign where the KnicksΒ tanked and hoped toΒ getΒ the No.1Β pick and selecting Zion Williamson in this year's draft, people clowned the team and its fan base because they wound up getting the third pick. Fast forward to the night of the 2019 NBA Draft, the Knicks needed to make the smart decision and take R.J. Barrett at No. 3.Β

They did that. So, there should be no reason to poke fun at the Knicks now, right? Leave it up to ESPN to find a way to still take a jab at the organization with their "Team Needs" sectionΒ on theirΒ chyron.Β

Really? They had to add the "starters and bench" part?Β ESPN's "everything" caption had some people across NBA twitter laughing while others shook their heads.

#NBADraft ayooooo It says under the Knicks "Team needs" that they need EVERYTHING!!
