Prior to going 12-for-21 from the field for his 32-point performance during Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers, Golden State guard Klay Thompson was experiencing a shooting slump. But he once again looked like one of the league's deadliest shooters as he went 4-for-5 from 3-point range. After hitting his fourth, the camera caught Thompson shouting "I miss you" at his shooting hand.

Klay hadn't hit 4 threes in a game in over 2 weeks.

The hilarious comeback quickly made rounds on social media, but Thompson himself probably hasn't seen how popular the made-for-the-internet moment became. When asked about the response, Thompson explained that he tries to stay offline because "the internet is a volatile place."

Thompson's hot performance comes as a potential turnaround in what's been one of the worst shooting years of his carer. He's currently making 44 percent of his shots, a drop-off from last year's 48.8 percent.
