US Open Fan Who Dips Chicken Finger in Soda Has People Confused

US Open coverage included brief footage of a woman dipping her chicken fingers into her soda, which is either brilliant or terrible. You have to try it to know.

Chicken fingers or chicken nuggets.

A US Open fan who's either an innovator or out of their mind, dunked a chicken finger in pop/soda in full view of cameras. Said dunking appears kind of messed up, but also would seem to fall squarely in the category of "don't knock it until you've tried it."

Who does this??? (R @kjhogo) pic.twitter.com/GZMbP0wsxA

However "don't knock it until you've tried it" is not a life philosophy that jives with a forum where people voluntarily upload their opinions on the regular. Instead there appeared to be mass confusion at the act of culinary bravery by those who had their GIFs ready:

Haha thank you. I can’t even imagine what she trying to accomplish. Maybe cool the tenders down??

That's how Martin Lawrence cleaned off his pickle in Bad Boys.

No, that is not a euphamism

Official #Faturday statement: Only a mutant would dip a chicken tender in cola.

I'm sorry, did they just show a fan at the @usopen dipping chicken fingers in their soda? I'm shook.

If the woman who just dipped a chicken finger into her soda during the #USOpen doesn’t become a meme then I’ve lost all hope in the Internet.

Literally had to rewind that chicken tender soda dip, but then ESPN showed a replay anyway. 🤣🤣🤣
