Ah, flopping. It pervades the game of basketball from the highest (looking at you, Lance Stephenson) to the lowest levels. We've seen some pretty terrible flops over the years, but this one might take the cake.
A Maryland high school hooper unleashed a mind-baffling flop during a small scuffle that occurred during a playoff game between Laurel High and Bladensburg High in Maryland. A few of the players exchanged words after a fight for the ball on the floor, and the verbals jabs led to one player shoving another. The player who was pushed fell to the ground.
The problem: he fell about 2 seconds after he was shoved. The player embellished the fall, too, throwing his arms in the air as he fell and then lying on the ground like he was dead.
