It may not have been shocking to see four-star defensive tackle Greg Rogers commit to UCLA on Monday, but the way he went about revealing his choice was definitely a surprise. Instead of simply picking up and wearing the cap of his school, which is super boring, Rogers recreated the Copacabana scene from GoodFellas where Henry Hill, played by Ray Liotta, walks through the nightclub with his future wife, Karen, played by Lorraine Bracco, as "Then He Kissed Me” by The Crystals plays in the background. If you are unfamiliar with the scene, shame on you, but you can also check it out below.

As Rogers weaves around the establishment, he is occasionally met by people who try to encourage him to accept the offers from other schools, like Oklahoma and Colorado. Similar to the 1990 film, Greg meets the owner, who directs one of his workers to seat his special guests right in the front. After this lengthy journey, we finally get the answer we have all been waiting for.

"And here he is, the man of the hour. Greg Rogers, the newest member of the UCLA Bruins."

After those final words are uttered, Rogers dons the Bruins cap and makes it official.

It would definitely be refreshing to see these high school football players put their own creative spin on announcing their choice of college. With Rogers setting the bar high, we can't wait to see what the next class of high school seniors has in store for us.
