NFL Will Begin Drug Testing Players on 4/20, Players Association Tweets Out Warning

The NFL is going to start drug testing players on 4/20 this year.

Because of the way that the NFL's drug policy is set up, the league isn't allowed to drug test players any time they want. Instead, all tests for "substances of abuse"—including cocaine, marijuana, and MDMA—must be done within a specific window of time.

So a short time ago, the NFL Players Association sent out a tweet reminding players that there's only one month remaining until drug testing will begin. You know, just in case there's anything that they want to stop doing between now and then:

Twitter reacted accordingly to the tweet, too. In addition to reminding NFL players to get clean—LOL/SMH at this tweet that someone sent to Josh Gordon—they also poked fun at the fact that the drug testing window starts on 4/20 to begin with:
