We all know that injuries—especially ankle injuries—are a part of football. But clearly, there are levels to this shit. Just check out the stomach-churning ankle injury that Vikings guard Josh Samuda suffered today in practice and tell us you're still ready to head out for lunch. Images of Kevin Ware and Marcus Lattimore definitely come to mind, and that's not pushing us to the deli any quicker.

Good thing Samuda still has about four or five months to heal before the start of the 2014-15 NFL season. He's gonna need it.
