Following the announcement of Kendrick Lamar's first sneaker, Reebok keeps the collabs coming by partnering with Australia's Highs and Lows.
The Highs and Lows x Reebok LX 8500 picks up where the pair's 2010 GL6000 collaboration left off, making use of a black, white, grey, and red color palette. Drawing inspiration from the GL6000 and Highs and Lows' original storefront in Mount Lawley, this collab shifts from the mesh and synthetics in favor of more premium materials.
The upper of these LX 8500s contains a mix of garment leather, oiled micro-perforated leather, tumbled leather, and nubuck on the heel and toe. Accents are provided red hits throughout the midsole and liner and subtle 3M overlays. There's a matching anorak in the collection, and it's just as dope, if not even better.
Exclusive to Highs and Lows in store and online, these will drop alongside a matching anorak on July 10 at 11:59 p.m. EST for $134.
