An iconic Air Jordan makes its return, Supreme gears up for its latest Nike collaboration, and Nike celebrates the approaching 2018 World Cup with the help of Virgil Abloh to highlight this week's releases.
The releases kick off on Tuesday when Puma delivers its collaboration with video game publisher Sega to celebrate the iconic video game franchise Sonic the Hedgehog. Things pick back up on Thursday when Nike delivers its flag-covered "One World" pack, its latest project with Off-White's Virgil Abloh that includes two pairs of the Zoom Fly Mercurial Flyknit, a flame-covered collaboration with Supreme on 2003's Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus, and the "Infrared" Kobe A.D. NXT 360. Capping off Thursday's extensive list of pairs is the return of the "Last Shot" Air Jordan XIV as a part of Nike's "Art of a Champion" pack.
On Friday, Shane Gonzales' Midnight Studios is dropping a two-shoe collab with Converse and New York-based brand Pyer Moss is back to release its second collaboration with Reebok on the DMX Fusion Experiment. Nike has more releases of its own in the form of an Air VaporMax Plus that's part of Nike's annual "Be True" collection, a toned-down Air Max 98, a size?-exclusive Air Max 1 inspired by the Air Safari, and the "Power Is Female" Kyrie 4 delivering a strong message message of women's empowerment.
Saturday is rather tame this week with only the "Gold Standard" Air Force 270 inspired by the Larry O'Brien trophy and "Silver Shark" Air Max 97/Plus arriving at select Nike retailers.
