This week of sneaker releases is highlighted by a pair of LeBrons that takes cues from one of the most popular Nike Air Max 1 collaborations of all time. A brand new Gyakusou running collection from Jun Takahashi, plethora of new Air Max 720s, and Nike kicking off its annual Air Max Day celebration with a new pack of Air Maxes are also noteworthy drops to look forward to.

Things kicks off on Thursday with two new colorways of the Adidas Nite Jogger, a Buzz Lightyear-esque LeBron 16, the Nike Gyakusou Spring 2019 collection, and a selection of Air Max 720 options all hitting retailers. On Friday, Nike continues its busy week with the "Have a Nike Day" pack of retro Air Max models and "Orange Label" Nike SB collection that will be exclusive to local skate shops.

The week finishes off strong the Atmos x Nike LeBron 16 Low "Safari" and Air Jordan IV "Bright Crimson" both making their way to select stockists this Saturday.

Adidas Nite Jogger

What You Need to Know: Adidas' '80s-inspired Nite Jogger silhouette returns this week in black and white-based colorways. Each nylon and mesh upper is accented by tan and grey suede overlays, vintage-styled tongues, and various reflective hits. The black pair sits atop a black Boost midsole, while the white pair opts for the traditional white option for its cushioning.

Nike LeBron 16 'Buzz Lightyear'

When: Thursday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: The latest colorway of the Nike LeBron 16 is reminding people of the popular Toy Story character, Buzz Lightyear. A white Battleknit 2.0 upper is sprinkled with multicolored hits. A leather overlay on the heel is adorned with LeBron James' signature lion's head logo. Neon green hits on the heel pull tab and Air unit, purple wrapping the heel portion of the midsole, and silver branding hits all allude to the aformentioned space toy from the popular film series.

Nike Air Max 720

What You Need to Know: Nike's latest lifestyle Air Max model, the Air Max 720, hits stores this week in a handful of new colorways. A classic "Triple Black" option is the most tame of the bunch. Other options are dressed in red-to-blue, gold, and teal-to-blue gradient fades. Each futuristic design sits atop the chunky 720-degree Air Max unit, the tallest ever featured on one of the brand's sneakers.

Nike Gyakusou Spring 2019 Collection

Price: $200-$310

When: Thursday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Nike's latest Gyakusou line with Undercover's Jun Takahasi will offer three footwear options: two pairs of the Zoom Pegasus Turbo and a Zoom VaporFly 4%. Both colorways of the Zoom Pegasus Turbo sport a similar combination of black, green, and yellow. The Zoom VaporFly 4% opts for a burgundy Flyknit upper with white and yellow detailing. The trio will be available alongside matching pieces of functional running apparel.

Nike Air Max 'Have a Nike Day' Pack

What You Need to Know: To kick off the official countdown to Air Max Day on March 26, Nike is dropping its "Have a Nike Day" pack. Classic silhouettes like the Air Max 1, Air Max 95, and Air Max 97 have all been dressed in a '90s-esque color scheme of pink, purple, teal, and black. Nike's Swoosh smiley face logo and "Have a Nike Day" script appear in various forms across the entire collection. Lace locks and special insoles complete the vibrant pack.

Nike SB 'Orange Label' Collection

What You Need to Know: Nike SB is debuting its new "Orange Label" line this weekend with five new pairs: a Blazer, Dunk Mid, Dunk Low, Bruin, and Lunar Gato. Each is dressed in a black nubuck upper with white branding and sits atop a gum outsole. As a nod to the local skate shop, these pairs will only be available at select shops around the country.

Atmos x Nike LeBron 16 Low

When: Saturday, March 2 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Nike is taking it back to 2003, LeBron James' draft year, to help debut the LeBron 16 Low. That same year, Atmos released one of the most celebrated collaborations of all time, its "Safari" Air Max 1. The Japanese boutique has partnered with the Swoosh once again to reinterpret the iconic release on James latest low-top. A burnt orange suede and knit upper is accented by Safari print on the heel and mudguard. A black mini Swoosh stitched on the lateral toe, orange leather lateral Swoosh, and green leather medial Swoosh are borrowed from the original design as well. A black zipper has been added to the tongue to differentiate the pair from its inspiration. The homage is completed with a gum bottom.

Air Jordan IV 'Bright Crimson'

What You Need to Know: A brand new colorway of the Air Jordan IV is arriving at retailers this weekend. A white leather upper is accented by hits of black and Bright Crimson. A paint splatter effect on the midsole and support wings gives this simplistic colorway some additional flare. The colors used on this pair liken it to Andre Agassi's classic "Hot Lava" Nike Air Tech Challenge II.
