Packer Shoes is paying homage to an O.G. adidas sneaker with its upcoming collaboration. The Three Stripes' Micropacer, in the original "Silver" colorway, was reissued last weekend and serves as the inspiration for the Packer Shoes x adidas Originals EQT.
The New Jersey retailer recently took to its Instagram to share a teaser of the commemorative sneaker, which features suede paneling along the toe, a metallic silver upper, hits of black and blue on its lacing system and heel, and a touch of red on its midsole.
The inspiration to use the original Micropacer on an EQT comes at the perfect time, considering the O.G. EQT Running Guidance '93 will return this weekend. Look for the Packer Shoes collab to launch next Friday, August 29, at Packer Shoes.
