With the 2013 NBA All-Star festivities taking place over the weekend and it's build-up consuming the week prior, many may have not payed much attention to NCAA basketball and the sneakers worn across the country. With-in the last seven days we have seen the University of North Carolina, the University of California, and Marquette University all don the newly released Air Jordan XX8, San Diego State and UNLV take to the court in classic Jordan Brand models, and the University of Miami do what the University of Miami does; dominate the on-court sneaker scene. However, in this week's top 20 we highlight various KD and LeBron NIKEiDs, a couple Breast Cancer Awareness themed sneakers, and a few retro Jordan Brand offerings.
