There was a time when the only people who wore the Cortez was your grandfather and Forrest Gump. Well, those days are over. Not only have the sneakers recently (ok several months ago) become ID-able, but Nike is updating the silhouette that launched in 1972 through pop-y colors and added comfort. This blue and "hot red" style just hit CaliRoots for $103 and will probably hit swoosh sportswear stores in the U.S, any day. Sick.
