At first glance, the Air Jordan 12 Low pictured here looks like yet another release of the “Taxi” colorway, but there’s more to this forthcoming release.
According to Jordan Brand, this new version of the iconic “Taxi” Air Jordan 12 celebrates a quarter century of the brand in China as well as the Dongdan Streetball Tournament that takes place annually in Beijing during the spring. In addition to donning a “Taxi”-esque color blocking, this shoe features graphics on the leather mudguard along with a “Dongdan” logo stamped on the heel tab. Additional markings include the number “25” on the footbed and on the accompanying shoebox.
Readers will be able to cop this “Black and White” Air Jordan 12 Low starting on Aug. 4 via SNKRS for $200. Grab a detailed look at the shoe below.
