One of the many perks in being a student-athlete of the University of North Carolina, Michael Jordan's alma mater, includes receiving exclusive Air Jordans from time to time. Now, it looks like the Jordan Brand has hooked up the school with an exclusive Air Jordan 1.
Similar to the pair made for the Oklahoma Sooners, Florida Gators, and Michigan Wolverines, a first look provided by solesupreme shows that this player-exclusive version isn't your standard retail release as the upper has been upgraded with exotic leather materials sporting UNC's team colors predominately in blue. Additional details include the school's official logo printed onto the tongue tag.
As it is the case with many of the player exclusive styles, don't expect this "UNC" Air Jordan 1 High to see a retail release.
