New images from Twitter account @py_rates show a new Adidas Originals silhouette that takes its name from a sneaker the brand created for nighttime workouts in the late '70s.

The 2019 Nite Jogger takes cues from the shoe's OG colorways while incorporating new technology from the Three Stripes. The new style features a mostly nylon upper with a full Boost midsole and a new pull tab lacing system that sits near the heel. Leaked images show two styles of the sneaker in a toned down beige and bright orange.

This forthcoming model shares its name with the OG silhouette from 1979 and aside from the colorways, doesn't have much else in common. The OG iteration featured a leather and suede upper with a rubber-studded outsole and EVA foam midsole.

Check out below for a closer look at the forthcoming Nite Jogger and the OG style. The 2019 Nite Jogger is rumored to retail for $130.
