Unless you have been living under a rock this year you know that Reebok is back! They have, in this still-young year, already re-released classics like the Question Mid, the Kamikaze II, and the Shaq Attaq. They are also set to bring back the Answer I, the Big Hurt, and the Shaqnosis. Now Reebok's '90s signature models are sure to dominate headlines all year, as they should, and you may miss out on some amazing colorways of sneakers like the Insta Pump Fury, Scrimmage Mid, and T-Raww. Lucky for us, we have someone like Cameron Mason from Reebok Classics to make sure sneakers like the Pumpspective Omni, the Inferno, and the Classic Leather see the attention they deserve. Examples of him doing so can be seen throughout his "100 Days of Reebok" campaign on Instagram. Mason turned what was a bet into a display of Reebok's past, present, and future and we couldn't be more thankful to have seen the classics, grateful to be copping current models, and excited for seasons to come.
Now, we are aware of the fact you may not know exactly who Cameron Mason is outside of his affiliation, so we caught up with him and asked him a few questions.

Who are you and what is your role with Reebok Classics?
I'm in merchandising for Reebok Classics. Basically, lifestyle and basketball footwear products and stories within our top U.S. retailers. From boutiques to mall retailers.
What got you into sneakers? And how did you come to work for Reebok?
Ever since I was younger watching rap videos and seeing athletes in kicks I just started to look more into sneakers. A kid in my neighborhood ended up getting some kicks and I bugged my mom for them but they sold out in stores. So, out of jealousy, I eventually began skipping school to get a fresh pair almost every drop.
I got my first job at age 16 and I have worked for Journey's, Underground Station, Dick's Sporting Goods, Champs, and Finish Line. After college it was only natural to continue to follow my dreams and work for a major sneaker company.Â
What are you most excited to see release from Reebok this year?
We have a lot of heat coming out this year! So many models that people underestimate, but I would have to say the Shaq Attaqs. The DMX Run 10s are my sleeper though.
In addition to those two we have A LOT coming out through our collaborations with accounts in the Reebok Certified Network. Be on the lookout for those!
