Following Blac Chynalosing her defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians, Chyna has accused the trial judge of showing partiality to the reality TV family.

TMZ reports that Chyna has accused Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of being “hostile” and “biased” towards her and her attorney, Lynne Ciani. Chyna thinks Alarcon had a bigger impact on the trial outcome, particularly because of the instructions he gave the jury before they reached a verdict, which favored the Kardashians.

During the trial, Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni got thrown out of the courtroom because she appeared to threaten Kris Jenner and the judge as well, though she later denied ever threatening Alarcon.

The Kardashian’s attorney called Chyna’s filing a “baseless effort to save face after losing at trial,” adding that Chyna was upset because “their effort to make a scapegoat of Judge Alarcon is frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of sanctions,” and that Ciani didn’t have a problem with the judge until “after the jury found against her client.”

Chyna filed a $40 million suit against Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Kylie for loss of earnings, and over $60 million for future earnings after accusing the family of damaging her reputation and hindering her from earning money, saying they “conspired” to have E! cancel Rob & Chyna.

The trial lasted two weeks, with the jury siding with the Kardashians, saying that the family didn’t prevent E! from renewing the contract. Chyna is looking to appeal her case.
