Incredibles 2 is already making a significant impact on the box office ahead of it's opening next week.

The Hollywood Reporter reports the animated superhero sequel is on the way to become the top animated pre-sold movie of all time based on Fandango's latest numbers. 2016's Finding Dory still holds the record for most pre-sale tickets sold for an animated movie, but Incredibles 2 is outpacing the number Finding Dory's sales were at this point.

That's not the only place Incredibles 2 is excelling in. It's also slated to open with $140 million in North America, which would also displace Finding Dory for the top spot since the Finding Nemo sequel earned $135 during its opening weekend.

The sequel has been a long time coming. The original film was released 14 years ago—making enough time for a new group of kids to see it while millennials will undoubtedly be checking out the sequel to one of their childhood favorites as well. With the latest numbers, it seems like it's going to be another win for Disney Pixar.

Incredibles 2 will focus on Elastigirl as she fights crime and tries to restore superheroes' good name. In the meantime, Mr. Incredible is taking on the duties of a stay-at-home dad including homework help, teenage growing pains, and an increasing list of powers from Jak Jak. But it won't be long before the whole team, including the multi-powered Jak Jak who was left home with the babysitter in the original, will have to come together to defeat a sinister villain, Screenslaver.

Incredibles 2 is slated to arrive in theaters on June 15.
