Way Too Many Republicans Say They're Down for Bombing the Fictional Country From 'Aladdin'

"Smdh," the world said in unison.

What have we, as humans, done to deserve the gift of existence? Not too much, apparently. A recent poll discovered the unsettling amount of people who would apparently be quite comfortable with the thought of the United States bombing the treasured country of Agrabah, a country perhaps most known for two very crucial things:

A poll from Democratic firm Public Policy Polling, which has made a habit of similarly troll-esque polls in the past, found that 30 percent of Republican primary voters would bomb Aladdin’s homeland. The group also asked Democratic primary voters the same question, though only a slightly more reasonable 19 percent said they supported the bombing of a place that, as previously confirmed, does not actually exist.

Though the generous folks at PPP described the poll as "silly" shortly after unleashing the findings, plenty of Aladdin fans and/or people reasonably afraid that Donald Trump's actual rhetoric is dangerously similar to such nonsense are understandably perturbed.

Happy (Post-Apocalyptic) Holidays, everyone.
