Big Time Adolescence, the 2019-premiered Sundance Film Festival hit starring Pete Davidson, is finally getting a wide release next month by way of Hulu.
The drama/comedy also stars Colson Baker (a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly), Griffin Gluck, Sydney Sweeney, Jon Cryer, and more.

Davidson received praise last year for his take on the character of Zeke Presanti, imbuing the film's familiar coming-of-age structure with a fresh and revitalized energy. The film marks the directorial debut of Jason Orley, who also handled the script.
Orley wrote the script way back in 2013, but didn't have the money or the infrastructure at the time to pull off the production. Years later, things started lining up. This ultimately resulted in a phone call with Davidson, who Orley had wanted for the role since the beginning.

And on Monday, Page Six reported that a recent stand-up set from Davidson saw the SNL star joking about a recent rehab stint. Per Davidson, he went by the pseudonym "Howard" during his stay and spent a lot of time at the nicknamed "butt hut," which is where he and fellow patients would gather to smoke cigarettes.
"The audience seemed really supportive of him," a so-called Page Six "spy" said of the NYC set.
