Fair warning: this post will not be about the mystery of Barb. Instead, we're here to bow down in the presence of Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), whose brief but legendary Tonight Show rendition of Nicki Minaj's classic "Monster" verse is perhaps the only thing making the wait for Stranger Things' just-confirmed second season a little less miserable.

Stranger Things stars Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, and Caleb McLaughlin were in Jimmy Fallon's TV house celebrating their recent renewal by dropping a quick parody, having a group chat on the couch, and playing a hilarious game of "Stranger Strings" that inadvertently resulted in that Nicki verse.

Though Nicki Minaj is not expected to be involved in any capacity, Stranger Things has indeed been confirmed for a 9-episode return in 2017. Talking withEntertainment Weekly shortly after Netflix's mysterious announcement, the Duffer Brothers let loose a few details. "I know movie sequels get a lot of shit, but the ones we look up to aspire to pivot and do something different," Matt Duffer said. "There's Temple of Doom, Aliens, Terminator 2. I guess a lot of this is James Cameron. But he's brilliant."

The Duffer bros also confirmed that pretty much everyone will be back for more Hawkins mystique. "I think we talked like a larger time jump where the kids are older now and it's a different decade," Ross Duffer told EW. "That's something we batted around from the very beginning. But for us, there's still more story here [in the '80s]." As for Eleven, Ross claimed that's currently "up in the air."
