The two-day event, more accurately known as “the festival of the future,” will once again provide attendees with an unparalleled experience of total immersion featuring creative voices across fashion, sneakers, music, food, and more.
Before 2022 festivities get underway, we've compiled a handy rundown of everything you need to know—including how to get tickets—before attending this year’s festival.
The 2022 edition of the festival will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19 and Sunday, Nov. 20. For VIP and Genesis-level attendees, ComplexCon will open at 9 a.m. and close at 7 p.m PT. For general admission attendees, the festival opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m PT.
ComplexCon is held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California. Here’s the full address:

Serving as both host and artistic director for ComplexCon 2022 is Japanese graphic artist Verdy, who’s known for (among other feats) his work behind the Girls Don’t Cry and Wasted Youth brands. In some form or another, Verdy has been a part of the extended ComplexCon experience for years. In his role as host this year, fans can expect to see Verdy’s vision on a new scale.
NIGO® is bringing I Know NIGO®, his sophomore studio album, to the stage for this year’s ComplexCon. The album arrived back in March and served as the follow-up to 2000’s Ape Sounds, counting Kid Cudi among its roster of contributors. For his ComplexCon headlining performance on Sunday night, NIGO® will be joined by Lil Uzi Vert and others. Kodak Black will also be featured on the lineup.
Pusha T, Clipse, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Teriyaki Boyz will also be joining NIGO® for the performance, with additional special guests.
For 2022, the Pigeons & Planes Stage will indeed be back on the show floor. This means, of course, that the stage will be made available for anyone holding an event ticket. Soulection, Shacia Payne, Donavan’s Yard, Creep Chromatic, and more are set to hit the P&P Stage this year.
As revealed in the initial ComplexCon announcement, this year’s gathering in Long Beach is slated to feature Human Made, Awake NY, Victor Victor, Billionaire Boys Club, Carrots, and more. In October, a new batch of brands was confirmed including New Balance, Converse, and Polaroid.
In years past, the ComplexCon Gift Shop has been the place to score official festival merchandise, including collaborative pieces you can’t get anywhere else. Expect that to also be the case with ComplexCon 2022.
A number of ComplexCon(versations) panels are lined up for 2022, featuring guests like Pusha T and No Malice celebrating 20 years of Clipse’s major label debut album Lord Willin’ and DJ Clark Kent and Jim Jones debating this year’s best sneakers with host and Sneaker Shopping’s own Joe La Puma. You can check out the panel lineups below. The panels will be taking place on Saturday, Nov. 19.

Brought to you jointly by the minds behind First We Feast and Tasty, Eat Your Feed Fest is a new addition to the larger ComplexCon experience. Not only will EYFF participants be among the first to try what could become the next major success story in food, but the inaugural lineup also promises to include appearances from a number of established creators in the culinary space.
Past ComplexCon events can answer this question for you. In 2021, for example, global superstar Rihanna made a surprise appearance.
A range of other stars have made unannounced appearances, including Timothée Chalamet, Frank Ocean, Jaden Smith, and more. In other words, keep an eye out.
Of course, attendance at ComplexCon requires a ticket. For ComplexCon 2022, this takes the form of a wristband. Notably, event tickets do not include concert arena access. The feature is instead available as an add-on. Ticket levels include single-day general admission access starting at $90 (plus fees), two-day general admission access starting at $150 (plus fees), and VIP passes starting at $600.
