Looks like it's that time of year again: More rumors of a NBC-sanctioned Friends reunion have hit the web, his time courtesy of Latin media site starMedia. In their totally unsourced therefore totally true report, they claim that "NBC network" has confirmed they will "launch a new season of Friends in 2014." In fact, we'll just let them tell you:
You can tell from the excessive use of exclamation marks that they really are ecstatic. Poor things.
As Uproxx points out, the article is also ridden with typos and no one actually says "NBC network" - but the biggest thing working against this report is the fact there is absolutely no source material or even a press release excerpt. Sorry, guys, looks like you're all going to have to just keep watching those reruns on TBS.
