There aren't many ways in which Silver Linings Playbook could have ended better, but this alternate ending, which will be released as an extra on the DVD, would have worked too. Nothing particularly weird or plot-changing occurs - it's mostly just a little over four extra minutes spent with chilling with the Solitano crew and friends - but it's pretty sweet regardless.
